In developmentCharacter kits
A character you can keep, not a set of photos.
A character kit is an AI character built on a true reference pack: the frozen anchor, the reference frames, the canon record and the QA sheet. Twelve finished images are twelve images. A kit is what lets you make the next four hundred — and still have the same character at the end of them.
What's in a kit
Everything the character is judged against.
The same material the guide teaches you to build for your own characters — built out, and checked before any kit is sold.
- 01
The frozen anchor
At full resolution. Every new frame is judged against it, never against the frame before.
- 02
The reference pack
Five reference frames, with front, three-quarter and profile coverage.
- 03
Body anchors
So proportions hold when the wardrobe, the pose and the light change.
- 04
The canon record
The identity sheet, the descriptor block, and the list of what never moves.
- 05
The QA gate sheet
What to check, at what magnification, and what counts as a reject.
- 06
The prompt packet
What produced the anchor, and the negative-prompt notes it took to get there.
Exclusive editions
Some characters sell once.
An exclusive will have one buyer. While someone is checking out, nobody else will be able to buy it. Once it sells it comes off the store for good, and you get it in writing that the character won't be sold or reused.
Your tools, or the studio
Ready for the studio. Fine without it.
A kit's reference pack uses the same format the Firmori studio stores, so it loads straight in on day one. It is all ordinary files, so it works just as well with the tools you already use.
Disclosure and terms
Sold as AI. Licensed in plain words.
Kits are AI characters and are sold as AI characters, and the method assumes you present them that way, in the bio and in the content. What you may do with the files, and what an exclusive actually promises, is published here in plain words before the first kit is sold.
Questions
About character kits.
Is a kit the same as a trained model or a LoRA?
No. Firmori does not sell trained models. A kit is the reference material and the records that let you hold the character with the tools you already use.
Can I buy a character nobody else has?
Once kits are on sale, yes — as an exclusive edition. It sells once, comes off the store, and you get it in writing that the character won't be sold or reused.
When do kits go on sale?
After wardrobe plates, once a cast built for sale has passed the same checks the guide teaches. The list hears first.
Plates & characters
Hear when kits go on sale.
One email when the first characters are ready — and when new wardrobe plates arrive before them. Nothing else, ever.
