Terms

These terms cover buying and using what Firmori sells here: written guides and other files you download. Buying something means agreeing to them. If you do not agree, do not buy.

Who you are buying from

The products are Firmori's. The sale itself is run by Stripe through Link, which is the merchant of record: Link takes the payment, calculates and remits sales tax, issues your receipt, and appears on your card statement as LINK.COM*. Firmori never sees your card number.

What you get

A download link, sent by email to the address you give at checkout, usually within a minute of payment. The link opens a page with a Download button. It allows a limited number of downloads and expires after a set period — both are shown on the page and in the email. Save the file somewhere you keep things.

If a link expires or stops working, write to billing@firmori.io from the address you paid with and a fresh one will be sent. That is a courtesy and not time-limited by these terms.

All sales are final

Firmori does not offer refunds. What is sold here is digital content that is delivered and readable immediately, and it cannot be returned or un-read once downloaded.

By buying, you ask for delivery to begin immediately and you acknowledge that you therefore lose any right to cancel or withdraw that would otherwise apply to a distance sale of digital content.

Two honest qualifications. First, some consumer-protection laws give you rights that a seller cannot sign away, and nothing here is intended to remove those. Second, because Link is the merchant of record, Link handles payment disputes and can decide to refund a transaction on its own; that is Link's decision and outside Firmori's control.

If something is genuinely wrong — the wrong file, a file that will not open, a charge you do not recognise — write to billing@firmori.io and it will be put right.

What you may do with it

What you buy is for you. You may read it, keep it, print it, and use its methods in your own work, including commercially. You may quote short passages with attribution.

You may not resell it, republish it, share the file or your download link publicly, or use it as material to train a model. Buying does not transfer copyright.

Each copy is stamped with the email address that bought it, in the margin of every page, so a copy that is passed around is not anonymous.

What it is and is not

The guides describe how Firmori builds and runs synthetic characters, and report measurements from real work at the time of writing. Tools, prices and platform rules change. Nothing here is a guarantee of a result, of income, or that a described technique will keep working, and nothing here is legal advice. What you do with the methods, and following the rules of the platforms you publish on, is yours.

Pricing and currency

Prices on this site are in US dollars. Sales tax, VAT or GST is added at checkout where it applies, and Link handles it. Stripe may show your local currency at checkout, so the figure you are charged can differ from the dollar price shown here.

Availability

The store can be unavailable for maintenance or because something upstream is down. If a payment is taken and delivery genuinely cannot be made, that payment is refunded in full.

Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top changes with them, and the terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published when you bought.
