Q: Do I need my own API keys?

Yes. Firmori is a bring-your-own-key pass-through: every run bills to your own provider account at your own rate, and the available capability is whatever your key already permits. There is no metered compute markup.

Q: What does it actually cost to run a character?

More than list prices suggest. Provider list rates and reconciled invoices routinely disagree by an order of magnitude once resolution, duration and bitrate are real. The guide publishes exact, date-stamped figures.

Q: Do you keep my generated files?

No. Generated images and video stay available for at least 72 hours , then delete automatically — normally right at 72 hours, and always within 96 hours of creation. Nothing is lost when they go: the generation still exists in your own provider account — the one your key billed — and you can fetch it from there whenever you like. We hold a copy purely as a convenience. Clearing it is the point. We do not retain your content and we do not train on it. What we never had, we cannot hand to anyone.

Three parts, not two. You and your AI assistant do the thinking — the character record, the job, and judging whether a frame is really her. Your image provider makes the pixels, on your own key. 01Four candidates. One frozen anchor. Every frame gets measured against the anchor — not against the frame before it.

02The iris drifted brown. Her blue-green is a locked trait, and brown is what the model reaches for by default. One mention of the right colour never overrides it.

03The freckles multiplied. Sparse and irregular became dense and near-symmetrical. Name a countable feature more than once and you get more of it — mentioning it in the avoid-list counts.

04The upscaler ate the tells. Pores gone, freckles smoothed to ghosts, halos along the jaw. More pixels, less face — which is why you check the upscaled frame too, not just the generated one.

05New light. Same face. Different hour, different background, every locked trait intact. This is the variation you want, and the check has to be able to tell it apart from drift.

06And it comes back to true. The anchor is the standard. That is the whole job, four hundred times.

Character records, not prompts

An identity is stored as a record with a priority ladder, not retyped as a paragraph. What must never move is separated from what should move freely — so you can tell drift from allowed variation at a glance.

Your keys, your account

Bring your own provider keys. Every run bills to your account at your rate, and the capability is whatever your key already permits. Keys are sealed at rest and never returned to a browser.

Costs measured, not quoted

Import an invoice and the estimator learns what a model actually costs you — then labels the number as measured, inferred, or a list price. List rates and invoice reality are not the same thing.

Clean by default

The entry plan carries one character — one reference pack with a wardrobe allowance to match — and higher plans raise both the number of character records and the wardrobe plates you can hold.
