Firmus — steadfast, unmoved

AI characters that remain themselves.

Three parts, not two. You and your AI assistant do the thinking — the character record, the job, and judging whether a frame is really her. Your image provider makes the pixels, on your own key. Firmori is the plumbing around both: your character pack stays alive between sessions, the output stays yours, and the hidden data comes out of the file before you post it.

The guide is how you do it. Firmori is why it isn't annoying.

A generated face is easy. A face that survives four hundred frames of new light, new clothes, new places and new stories — without quietly becoming someone else — is an operation. Firmori is the studio that runs it.

Your models. Your keys. Your content.

Every rule above, with the measurements that produced it.

Identity locks, reference packs, the QA check you run by eye, publishing hygiene, and what a month actually costs — written from the ledger, dated rather than evergreen.

C-07 iris drifted brown CUT C-14 freckles multiplied CUT ANCHOR frozen · true TRUE C-19 upscaler ate the tells CUT C-23 new light, same face KEEP YOU JUDGE IT AGAINST THE ANCHOR — NEVER AGAINST THE LAST FRAME
Every frame is judged against the frozen anchor — never against the frame before it. That is the difference between a character and a family resemblance.

Measured in this build, on these files, on the dates in the ledger. Nothing here is estimated.

The studio

Everything around the work, in one place.

Firmori does not do the method for you — it removes the friction around it: character records, generation, upscaling, voice, publishing hygiene, and the cost of every run — in one place, under one login, with your own provider keys.

  1. 1You Write the character record and the job. Firmori keeps the record between sessions so you are not rebuilding it every time.
  2. 2Your provider Generates the pixels on your own key, at your rate, and hands them straight back. Firmori routes the job and never keeps the output.
  3. 3You, by eye Compare the frame against the frozen anchor and decide whether it is actually her. Nothing automates this step. It is the method, and it is what the guide teaches.
  4. 4Firmori Strips the hidden data out of the file, records what the run cost, and files it where you can find it next session.

Character records, not prompts

An identity is stored as a record with a priority ladder, not retyped as a paragraph. What must never move is separated from what should move freely — so you can tell drift from allowed variation at a glance.

Your keys, your account

Bring your own provider keys. Every run bills to your account at your rate, and the capability is whatever your key already permits. Keys are sealed at rest and never returned to a browser.

Costs measured, not quoted

Import an invoice and the estimator learns what a model actually costs you — then labels the number as measured, inferred, or a list price. List rates and invoice reality are not the same thing.

Clean by default

Metadata is stripped on the way out — no tool fingerprints, no provenance markers you didn't choose to publish. Same operator, same day: the difference is which path wrote the file.

The model

Identity is persistent. Presentation is flexible.

A prompt is not an identity. Sort every trait into what it is allowed to do, and "is this drift or is this just Tuesday?" stops being a matter of opinion.

Build the operation — not just the picture.

Everything above, written down: the identity locks, the reference packs, the QA check you run by eye, the publishing hygiene, the separation rules, and the real monthly cost — with the measurements that produced each claim.

  • Identity locks that survive hundreds of images
  • Reference packs, LoRAs, and the economics of each
  • A production pipeline with a real QA check — one you run, by eye, against the anchor
  • Publishing hygiene, metadata, and honest disclosure
  • Portfolio separation, and demand before product
  • The operating cadence and what a month actually costs

Ships September 2026. Written alongside the build, from the ledger — which is why it is dated rather than evergreen. Waitlist members get it first, and the current-prices page stays live after publication.

Questions

The ones actually worth asking.

How do you make an AI influencer whose face stays the same?

You stop treating the face as a prompt and start treating it as a record. Freeze one approved anchor image, write the tells down as a priority ladder, derive every new frame from the anchor rather than from your last output, and gate each result against the anchor at 4–5× magnification. Text-to-image drifts the face every time, no matter how tight the prompt — the fix is structural, not lexical.

What is Firmori, exactly?

A hosted studio for running openly AI characters: character records with a priority ladder, generation and upscaling through your own provider keys, voice, metadata scrubbing, cost tracking measured from your real invoices, and a job history you own. We run the infrastructure so you do not have to, and every account gets its own isolated instance. Your characters, your keys and your content stay yours — we do not use them, train on them, or share them.

Do you keep my generated files?

No. Generated images and video stay available for at least 72 hours, then delete automatically — normally right at 72 hours, and always within 96 hours of creation. Nothing is lost when they go: the generation still exists in your own provider account — the one your key billed — and you can fetch it from there whenever you like. We hold a copy purely as a convenience.

Clearing it is the point. We do not retain your content and we do not train on it. What we never had, we cannot hand to anyone.

How much can I store?

Plans are shaped by how many characters you run, not by how many pictures you make. The entry plan carries one character — one reference pack with a wardrobe allowance to match — and higher plans raise both the number of character records and the wardrobe plates you can hold. Generation itself always bills to your own provider key.

Do I need my own API keys?

Yes, and that is the point. Firmori is a pass-through: every run bills to your provider account at your rate, and the features available are whatever your key already permits. No metered compute markup, no capability you're renting back from us.

Is the guide just the software's manual?

No. The guide is the operating method — identity locks, QA gates, publishing hygiene, brand separation, and real costs. It is tool-agnostic: the method works with whatever you already use. Firmori does not automate that method — it removes the friction around it, so the method is the only thing you have to think about.

What does it actually cost to run a character?

More than list prices suggest, which is the finding worth paying for. Provider list rates and reconciled invoices routinely disagree by an order of magnitude once resolution, duration and bitrate are real. The guide publishes exact, date-stamped figures, and a current-prices page stays live so the numbers don't go stale.

Are the characters disclosed as AI?

Yes. Every character built with this method is presented as AI, on every platform, in the bio and in the content. Disclosure is stated as a plain fact — it is a condition of the work, not a marketing angle.
