Plate licence

This is what you may do with a wardrobe plate you buy from Firmori. It applies to every plate, and buying one means agreeing to it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What you're buying

A single image file — a PNG, 1086 × 1448 pixels, showing one garment laid flat against a plain studio background. No people, no faces, no bodies. The images are AI-generated. You download it and it's yours to keep.

What you can do with it

Use it in your work. Commercial work, client work, personal work — all fine, and you don't need to ask or credit us.

That includes putting it in a moodboard, a lookbook or a pitch deck; using it as a reference or input image for your own generated images; building it into a product mockup, a catalogue page, a site or an app; posting it on social; and editing it however you like — crop it, recolour it, cut the garment out, composite it into something else.

Use it on as many projects as you have. There's no project count, no seat count, and no expiry. Buy it once.

What you can't do

Don't resell the file. That means: don't sell it on its own, don't bundle it into a plate pack, asset pack or template set, and don't upload it to a stock library or an asset marketplace. The file itself is the product here — everything else is fair game.

Don't pass your download link around, and don't hand the files to people outside your own business. If a colleague needs them, they need their own copy.

Don't claim you made the image. Using it in your work is the point; presenting the plate itself as your own photography or artwork isn't.

The part most licences don't tell you

These images are generated, not photographed. Under current U.S. Copyright Office guidance, an image produced by a generative model without enough human authorship isn't protected by copyright — which means the rights above are a promise from us to you in this agreement, not a copyright licence we're carving up.

Two practical consequences, and we'd rather you hear them from us:

Your copy isn't exclusive. Someone else can buy the same plate. If you need a garment nobody else will have, commission one — don't buy one off the shelf and hope.

We can't promise you'll be able to stop someone else from using it. What we can promise is what's in this document: we won't come after you for using it, and we won't sell it to someone with terms that contradict yours.

Delivery, and when things go wrong

Your download link arrives by email and works for seven days, with eight downloads on it. That's deliberately generous — save the files somewhere you keep things, and if a link expires or stops working, reply to the delivery email and we'll send a fresh one. No time limit on asking.

If a file is wrong — corrupt, not the garment shown on the page, not the size stated — tell us and we'll fix it or refund it. We'd rather know.

Payments are processed by Stripe, which is the merchant of record for this store. That means Stripe can issue a refund within 60 days of purchase in some circumstances, whether or not we've asked for one.

Changes

If we change these terms, the change applies to plates bought after it. What you bought under this version stays under this version — so keep the delivery email, which is your receipt and your date.

Governing law

This licence is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
